Vin brulè
Al vin brulé al ze na bevanda calda a base de vin negro (o qualche olta bianch) aromatizà co suchero, canela, broche de garofen, limon e eventuai altre spesie, difondest ten tanti posti e facile da far.
N'antra version la ze al vin calt, fat co vin bianch o negro scaldà te un driminel e dontà de suchero.
Alcolisità
Al Vin Brulè al ze poco alcolico da' che intant che se el fa la gran part del alcol la evapora o la ciapa fogo. Par sto tanto al pol gner beest, sia pur in quantità ridote, anca da i pupi e da quei che no i soporta al alcol.
