Łe ìzołe pì grande łe xe Cefalonia, Itaca, Zante (famosa par ospitar łe tartarughe marine Caretta caretta, łonghe sirca un metro e mezo), Corfù, Łeucade, Cerigo e Passo. Tra staltre ghe xe Meganissi, Antipasso, Cerigoto e Elafonissos.
L'arsipełago (con la sola ecezion de le ìzołe de Cerigo e Cerigoto, che le se cata un po' pi distante da łe restanti) el costituise anca una de łe 13 region 'ministrative greche (dite Periferie).
