Ła Lenguadoca-Rossejon[2] (en fransexe Languedoc-Roussillon) ła xera na rejon de ła Franza meridional conposta da cinque departementi. A partir dal 1 de xenaro del 2016 la rejon no la existe pì, sostituia da la rejon de l'Ocitania, che la ciapa rento anca l'ex rejon Miodì-Pirenei.
Le cità prinsipai de la rejon, oltra a Montpellier (Montpelhièr in ocitan), łe xe Nîmes (Nimas in ocitan) e Perpignan (Perpinyà in catałan).
Nîmes e el so departemento (Gard) łe vien, a giusto titoło, considerà parte integrante de ła Provensa storega mentre Perpignan e el Rossejon łe costituise l'ultima propasene setentrional del mondo catelan.
