Acropsilus là một chi ruồi thuộc họ Dolichopodidae.[6] Chi này hiện chưa được xếp vào phân họ nào,[7] dù trước đây từng được đặt rải rác ở các phân họ như Sympycninae hay Peloropeodinae. Về hình thái bên ngoài, chi này trông giống với phân họ Medeterinae.[8]
