Bayburt (tiếng Armenia: Բայբերդ, đã Latinh hoá: Bayberd)[1] là thành phố tỉnh lỵ (merkez ilçesi) của tỉnh Bayburt, Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ. Thành phố có diện tích 2655 km² và dân số thời điểm năm 2007 là 59839 người,[2] mật độ 23 người/km².
