Xúc xích Beutelwurst (nghĩa đen là 'xúc xích túi') là một loại xúc xích huyết của Đức, chứa nhiều miếng mỡ và bột hơn xúc xích Thüringer rotwurst thông thường.
Tên gọi Beutelwurst xuất phát từ việc loại xúc xích này không được bọc trong vỏ ruột hoặc hộp thiếc, mà được đựng trong túi vải lanh hoặc giấy ("túi" = Beutel).[1] Túi này được ép trong vài tuần, tạo cho xúc xích Beutelwurst độ dai, nhẹ và khô.
