Consuelo Vanderbilt (tên sau khi kết hôn lần đầu là Consuelo Spencer-Churchill, Công tước phu nhân xứ Marlborough; tên sau khi tái hôn là Consuelo Vanderbilt-Balsan; 2 tháng 3 năm 1877 – 6 tháng 12 năm 1964) là một người phụ nữ thượng lưu người Mỹ và là thành viên của Gia tộc Vanderbilt. Cuộc hôn nhân đầu tiên của Consuelo với Charles Spencer-Churchill, Công tước thứ 9 xứ Marlborough đã trở thành một ví dụ điển hình về những cuộc hôn nhân vì lợi ích nhưng không tình yêu phổ biến trong Thời đại Mạ vàng.[1] Công tước đã nhận được một khoản hồi môn lớn thông qua cuộc hôn nhân này và được cho là đã nói với Consuelo — ngay trong tuần trăng mật — rằng bản thân kết hôn chỉ "vì ông cảm thấy có nghĩa vụ phải cứu Blenheim ," quê nhà của Công tước.[2]
