Cystopteridaceae là một họ dương xỉ thuộc bộ Dương xỉ. Trong hệ thống phân loại Pteridophyte Phylogeny Group công bố năm 2016 (PPG I), họ này được xếp vào phân bộ Tổ điểu (Aspleniineae) thuộc bộ Dương xỉ, và gồm 3 chi.[2] Theo một quan điểm phân loại khác thì họ này được hạ xuống thành phân họ Cystopteridoideae thuộc họ Tổ điểu theo định nghĩa rộng.[3]
Các loài thuộc họ này có kích thước nhỏ đến trung bình, sinh trưởng trong rừng và khe nứt đá.[4] Chúng thường có phiến lá mỏng, và ổ túi bào tử nhỏ, tròn, trần.

3 chi được công nhận theo hệ thống phân loại PPG I, và theo Checklist of Ferns and Lycophytes of the World tính đến tháng 8 năm 2022[cập nhật]. Ngoài ra còn có một chi lai:[2][1]

Cystopteris chinensis có thể được xếp vào một chi riêng biệt, Cystoathyrium, nhưng chi này không được nhiều nguồn công nhận.[5][6]
Quan hệ phát sinh chủng loại
Gymnocarpium và Cystopteris được phát hiện là có quan hệ gần gũi với các họ khác trong phân bộ Tổ điểu.[4]
