Elachista là một chi Gelechioidea. Nó là chi điển hình của bướm đêm ăn cỏ. Họ này đôi khi được định nghĩa rất lỏng lẻo, bao gồm các ví dụ Agonoxenidae và Ethmiidae.[1] Loài bướm đêm này rất nhỏ.
