Euxiphocerus là một chi ruồi thuộc họ Dolichopodidae, phân bố ở giới Cựu nhiệt đới.[1][2] Chi này ban đầu được xếp vào phân họ Rhaphiinae, tuy nhiên một số tác giả hiện nay xếp chúng thuộc tông Systenini của phân họ Medeterinae.[3][4]

Chi này gồm ba loài:
- Euxiphocerus disjunctus Grichanov, 2009[3] – Nam Phi (Đông Cape), Namibia
- Euxiphocerus savannensis Grichanov, 2009[3]
- Euxiphocerus wulfi Parent, 1935[1] – CHDC Congo
