Holanthias là một chi cá biển thuộc họ Anthiadidae. Chi này được lập bởi Albert Günther vào năm 1868.
Từ nguyên
Không rõ hàm ý của tên chi. Tên gọi của chi có lẽ được ghép từ hólos (ὅλος; trong tiếng Hy Lạp cổ đại nghĩa là "toàn bộ") và Anthias (chi điển hình của họ Anthiadidae), hàm ý có lẽ đề cập đến một loài Anthias có vây đuôi lồi thay vì chẻ đôi.[2]
