Ischnosiphon là một chi thực vật có hoa trong họ Marantaceae,[4] được Friedrich August Körnicke mô tả khoa học năm 1859.[1]
Phân bố
Các loài trong chi này là bản địa khu vực nhiệt đới châu Mỹ, từ miền nam Trung Mỹ (Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama), Tiểu Antilles (Trinidad và Tobago, các quần đảo Leeward, Windward) tới miền bắc Nam Mỹ (Bolivia, Brasil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guiana thuộc Pháp, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, Venezuela).[3]
