Library Literature and Information Science là một cơ sở dữ liệu thư mục thực hiện lập chỉ mục cho hơn 410 ấn phẩm định kỳ về khoa học thông tin và thư viện được xuất bản trên toàn thế giới. Bên cạnh đó, cơ sở dữ liệu này cũng bao quát các nội dung từ sách, các chương sách, luận văn của các trường thư viện và sách mỏng. Năm 2011, Công ty H. W. Wilson (đơn vị tạo ra bộ chỉ mục này) đã bán lại nó cùng nhiều bộ chỉ mục và cơ sở dữ liệu khác của mình cho EBSCO Publishing.[1]
Phạm vi dữ liệu
Hệ thống thực hiện lập chỉ mục thư mục từ năm 1984 cho đến nay. Các tài liệu toàn văn được cập nhật từ năm 1997, tuy nhiên thời điểm bắt đầu sẽ có sự khác biệt tùy theo từng ấn phẩm.

In a surprise announcement June 2 [2011], two of the leading names in digital reference publishing told their library customers that they have merged to strengthen the value of their databases and print resources. EBSCO Publishing, a subsidiary of EBSCO Industries founded in 1944 and headquartered in Ipswich, Massachusetts, has acquired the staff and product lines of the H. W. Wilson Company, founded in 1898 and located in the Bronx, New York, since 1917. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
