Nothobranchius là một chi cá nước ngọt thuộc họ Nothobranchiidae với liên hệ đến Aplocheilidae. Chúng số chủ yếu từ Đông Phi từ Sudan tới Đông Bắc Nam Phi. Loài này gọi chung là cá Killi.
