Oncopygius là một chi ruồi thuộc họ Dolichopodidae.[2] Chi hiện ghi nhận ba loài còn sống tại châu Âu, phân bố chủ yếu ở các môi trường sống vùng núi thuộc Trung và Đông Nam Âu.[3] Ngoài ra, ba loài tuyệt chủng được mô tả từ các hóa thạch phát hiện tại thành tạo Rott ở Đức (niên đại thuộc thế Oligocen) cũng được xếp vào chi này.[4]
