Sarah Ellen Polley (sinh ngày 8 tháng 1 năm 1979) là một nhà làm phim, nhà văn, nhà hoạt động chính trị và diễn viên người Canada.[1] Bà lần đầu được chú ý khi còn là diễn viên nhí với vai Ramona Quimby trong loạt phim truyền hình Ramona, chuyển thể từ các tác phẩm của Beverly Cleary.
