Schwanewede là một đô thị của district of Osterholz, bang Niedersachsen, Đức. Đô thị này có diện tích km². Đô thị này có cự ly khoảng14 km về phía tây của Osterholz-Scharmbeck, và 22 km về phía tây bắc của Bremen.
