Setihercostomus là một chi ruồi thuộc họ Dolichopodidae, được ghi nhận phân bố tại Trung Quốc, Đài Loan, Nga và Tanzania.[3]
Tên khoa học của chi được ghép từ tiền tố seti- trong tiếng Hy Lạp với tên của chi Hercostomus.[1]

- Setihercostomus wuyangensis (Wei, 1997)[8]
Setihercostomus zonalis (Yang, Yang & Li, 1998)[2] được xác định là một danh pháp đồng nghĩa của S. wuyangensis (Wei, 1997).[9]
