Stadtwurst
Xúc xích thị trấn (Stadtwurst) là một loại xúc xích gồm thịt lợn trong lớp vỏ có thể màu trắng hoặc đỏ.[1] Stadtwurst là một giống đặc sản vùng Franconia và Thượng Palatinate (Oberpfalz) và thường không được biết đến và không có sẵn ở các vùng khác của Đức.
Xúc xích thường được phục vụ dưới dạng "Stadtwurst mit Musik",[2] xúc xích với hành tây sống và các món ăn kèm khác.[cần dẫn nguồn]
