Tenuopus là một chi ruồi thuộc họ Dolichopodidae. Đây là chi duy nhất của phân họ Tenuopodinae do nhà nghiên cứu Igor Yakovlevich Grichanov thiết lập vào năm 2018.[2] Trước đây, chi này từng được vào phân họ Neurigoninae, đồng thời sở hữu một số đặc điểm hình thái tương đồng với Peloropeodinae và Sciapodinae. Tất cả các loài trong chi đều có phân bố ghi nhận tại giới Cựu nhiệt đới.[3]
