Rùa tai vạch hay rùa vạch (Danh pháp khoa học: Trachemys) là một chi rùa trong họ rùa đầm Emydidae. Chúng gồm các loài rùa bản địa của châu Mỹ có phạm vi phân bố từ Hoa Kỳ cho tới phía bắc Argentina.
