Vallisneria gigantea trong bể cá nhiệt đới (với cá lìm kìm nước ngọt Nomorhamphus liemi) -
"Vallis neria asiatica" var. biwaensis. Nguyên thủy sinh sống trong hồ Biwa, Nhật Bản.
Cũng được trồng trong trang trại ở Đông Nam Á.
