Schelde
De Schelde (in 't Frans: l'Escaut, in 't Iengels: Scheldt) is een rivier die behunt in 't noôr'n van Frankriek en die deur Belhië, langs Antwerpen, nae de Onte stroômt.
De Schelde is 350 kilometer lank. De bronne liet op 't Plateau van Saint-Quentin. Toet an Gent wor de rivier Bovenschelde 'enoemd, toet an de Nederlandse grens noeme de Belhen de rivier Zeeschelde en deernae wor ze Westerschelde of Onte 'enoemd.
