× Haagespostoa adalah hibrida marga dari kaktus, hibrida alami antara Haageocereus dan Espostoa, yang secara eksklusif ditemukan di Peru. Backeberg mengambil takson ini untuk marga baru, dan mendeskripsikannya sebagai Neobinghamia. Menurut Ostolaza (Quepo 2009), lima takson diketahui, semuanya terletak di sebelah barat Andes.[1]
Marga × Haagespostoa berada dalam famili Cactaceae dalam kelompok besar Angiospermae (Tumbuhan berbunga).[2]
Habitat
Marga × Haagespostoa tumbuh secara endemik di Peru di lereng pegunungan pada massa berbatu, di jurang (quebradas) dan lembah, di antara ketinggian 300 m hingga 1820 m. Populasinya jelas langka dan terbatas.[1]
