C dengan bar (huruf besar: Ꞓ, huruf kecil: ꞓ), juga diketahui sebagai C bergaris, adalah huruf alfabet Latin yang dimodifikasi, dibentuk dari C dengan tambahan bar. Huruf ini digunakan di versi terakhir dari Alfabet Serikat Utara, disetujui pada tahun 1932, untuk bahasa Saami, Selkup, Khanty, Evenki, Even, Nanai, Udege, Chukchi, Koryak, dan Nivkh [1] yang merepresentasikan suara IPA: [t͡ʃ], meskipun dalam praktik di beberapa bahasa ini, beberapa alfabet lain juga digunakan. Huruf ini juga dipakai di Latinisasi huruf Shughni (1931-1939) yang melambangkan suara IPA: [t͡s].[2][3][4]
Komite Data Geografis Federal Amerika Serikat menggunakan huruf C kapital bergaris untuk merepresentasikan Periode Kambrium dalam sejarah geologi.[5] Dalam transkripsi fonetik, huruf C kecil bergaris dapat digunakan untuk menotasikan konsonan geser langit-langit nirsuara (IPA: [ç]), dan pada tahun 1963, huruf ini diajukan sebagai simbol untuk konsonan geser nirdesis pascarongga-gigi nirsuara [ɻ̊˔] oleh William A. Smalley.[6]
Dalam kamus-kamus bahasa Inggris Amerika abad ke-19 seperti dalam versi Noah Webster dan William Holmes McGuffey, huruf tersebut digunakan untuk menotasikan ⟨c⟩ yang diucapkan sebagai /k/.[7]
