Anaphase-promoting complex subunit 1 adalah enzim yang pada manusia disandikan oleh gen ANAPC1.[3][4]

ANAPC1 adalah satu dari setidaknya sepuluh subunit anaphase-promoting complex (APC), yang berfungsi pada transisi metafase ke anafase dari siklus sel dan diatur oleh protein spindle checkpoint. APC merupakan ligase ubiquitin E3 yang menargetkan protein pengatur siklus sel untuk didegradasi oleh proteasome, dengan demikian memungkinkan perkembangan melalui siklus sel (disediakan oleh OMIM).[4]
