Airport Express adalah salah satu jalur MTR yang melayani kota Hong Kong. Jalur ini melayani kawasan perkotaan Hong Kong ke Bandara Internasional Hong Kong dan pusat pameran AsiaWorld–Expo.

Meskipun masih salah satu bagian dari MTR, Airport Express utamanya tidak berfungsi sebagai angkutan cepat, namun sebagai pelayanan ekspres dengan tarif premium dari dan ke bandara dan pameran tiap 10 menit (hari biasa) dan 12 menit (tengah malam) dengan rangkaian kereta khusus. Kecepatan rata-rata antara stasiun adalah 130 kilometer per jam (81 mph).

Jalur Airport Express hanyalah jalur kereta satu-satunya menuju bandara. Meski begitu, jalur ini paralel dengan Jalur Tung Chung.
