Alamo Scout adalah sebuah unit pengintaian khusus Amerika di palagan Samudera Pasifik dalam Perang Dunia II. Unit ini dibentuk pada bulan November 1943. Tugas unit ini adalah pengumpulan intelijen, pengintaian, dan membebaskan tawanan perang. Jika sedang tidak dalam misi, maka Alamo Scout akan menjadi pengawal Jenderal Krueger yaitu komandan jenderal tentara Amerika Serikat ke-6. Alamo Scout melakukan misi kebanyakan di wilayah Filipina dan Papua Nugini, mereka juga yang menyerbu kamp tahanan Cabanatuan. Alamo Scout diketahui melalukan sebanyak 110 misi dibelakang garis musuh dan tanpa kehilangan seorang pun.
