Ayu-Fani Damayanti (lahir 29 November 1988, di Denpasar , Indonesia) adalah pemain tenis profesional Indonesia. Dia dilatih oleh Komang Ngurah Wiyasa. Dia memulai debutnya sebagai seorang profesional pada tahun 2003, berusia 14, pada turnamen ITF di Jakarta .
Keberhasilan terbesarnya telah datang dalam kompetisi ganda, terutama dengan Septi Mende sebagai pasangan. Bersama pasangan memenangkan lima gelar ganda pada ITF Women's Circuit, dan memenangkan medali perak di nomor ganda pada
Pesta Olahraga Asia Tenggara 2005 . Dia telah memenangkan enam medali total pada SEA Games pada 2007-2011, termasuk emas dalam Perempuan Tunggal di SEA Games 2011 di Palembang .
Damayanti adalah bagian dari tim Fed Cup Indonesia pada 2005, 2006, 2008 dan 2009. Dia adalah bagian dari Indonesia di play-off World Group II melawan Puerto Rico pada 2005. Dia dan pasangannya Wynne Prakusya mengalahkan pasangan straight set Puerto Riko.
Pada tahun 2008, ia mencapai final Perempuan Tunggal di event perdana Garuda Indonesia Tennis Masters . Dia dikalahkan oleh Lavinia Tananta . Dia dan pasangannya Liza Andriyani menjadi pemenang Ganda Perempuan.
