Caecidotea adalah genus krustasea dalam famili Asellidae. Mayoritas spesies Caecidotea memiliki panjang 5-15 mm, tetapi dapat mencapai hingga 30 mm.[2] Genus ini juga memiliki sebaran di wilayah barat, timur, dan selatan Amerika Utara.[2] Genus ini mencakup spesies-spesies berikut:[3]
