Crestería
Crestería (bahasa Spanyol; dari bahasa Latin crista, "jengger") atau roof comb adalah struktur yang berada di puncak piramida Mesoamerika, khususnya piramida yang dibangun oleh peradaban Maya. Crestería biasanya tidak memiliki fungsi secara struktural. Struktur ini juga pada umumnya diukir atau dihias dengan motif-motif hewan atau manusia dan juga dengan teks.[1] Contoh crestería yang terkenal dapat ditemui di piramida-piramida besar Tikal; piramida tersebut berfungsi sebagai monumen pemakaman penguasa yang sudah meninggal.
