Loperamida, dijual dengan nama merek Imodium,[1] adalah obat yang digunakan untuk mengurangi frekuensi diare.[2] Obat sering digunakan untuk tujuan berikut: gastroenteritis, penyakit radang usus, dan sindrom usus pendek. Obat ini tidak dianjurkan bagi mereka dengan darah dalam tinja. Obat diminum melalui mulut.[2]
