Obat prototipe
Dalam bidang farmakologi dan farmasi, obat prototipe adalah obat individual yang mewakili kelas obat – kelompok obat yang memiliki struktur kimia, mekanisme kerja, dan cara kerja yang serupa. Prototipe adalah obat yang paling penting, dan biasanya merupakan obat pertama yang dikembangkan dalam kelas tersebut, dan digunakan sebagai referensi untuk membandingkan semua obat lainnya.[1][2]
