Polski Koncern Naftowy Orlen (bahasa Polandia: Polski Koncern Naftowy Orlen), atau Orlen saja adalah perusahaan minyak bumi asal Polandia. Perusahaan ini adalah perusahaan publik Eropa yang signifikan dengan operasi besar di Polandia, Ceko, Slowakia, Jerman, dan negara-negara Baltik. Orlen adalah sponsor dari tim Formula Satu Alfa Romeo dalam Formula Satu, dan sponsor utama bola voli Polandia, baik tim nasional maupun turnamen nasional wanita.
Perusahaan ini mempekerjakan 20.262 pegawainya pada tahun 2017.
Orlen akan membagikan dividen untuk tahun buku 2023 sebesar PLN 4,15 per saham. Total nilai dividen tersebut adalah PLN 4.817.909,5 ribu. Yield dividen sebesar 6,82%. Pencatatan dividen terakhir dilakukan pada 18 September 2024, dan tanggal pembayaran dividen ditetapkan pada 20 Desember 2024.[3]
