Partai Demokrat (Hong Kong)
Partai Demokrat) adalah sebuah partai politik kiri-tengah[1] liberal di Hong Kong. Diketuai oleh Lo Kin-hei, parpol tersebut termasuk dalam kubu pro-demokrasi dan kini memiliki 12 perwakilan terpilih dalam Dewan Distrik.
Parpol tersebut didirikan pada 1994 sebagai penggabungan Demokrat Bersatu Hong Kong dan Titik Pertemuan dalam persiapan untuk pemilu Dewan Legislatif 1995. Parpol tersebut meraih kemenangan, mendapatkan lebih dair 40 persen suara dan menjadi partai terbesar dalam legislatur pada tahun-tahun terakhir era kolonial Britania. Partai tersebut menentang pertikaian berdarah dalam unjuk rasa Tiananmen 1989 dan menyerukan agar pemerintahan satu partai dari Partai Komunis Tiongkok diakhiri. Partai tersebut telah lama dipandang sebagai ancaman bagi otoritas Beijing.
