Rhopalium

Rhopalia (tunggal: rhopalium) adalah struktur sensorik kecil pada Scyphozoa (ubur-ubur) dan Cubozoa (ubur-ubur kotak). Pada Aurelia, rhopalia terletak pada indentasi tepi di sekitar bel dan diapit oleh lipatan rhopalial. Pada umumnya terdapat struktur khusus untuk melihat cahaya (oselus) dan persepsi gravitasi (statolit). Alat sensorik ini juga mengendalikan laju kontraksi otot berenang.

Oselus Cubozoa merupakan yang paling kompleks dari Cnidaria, dan menyerupai mata pembentuk gambar pada cumi-cumi, gurita, dan vertebrata.
