Vlastimil Koubek (17 Maret 1927 – 15 Februari 2003) adalah seorang arsitek Ceko Amerika yang merancang lebih dari 100 bangunan, kebanyakan berada di kawasan metropolitan Washington, D.C. Saat ia wafat, ia telah merancang bangunan-bangunan senilai lebih dari $1 miliar.[4]
