Type 4 Chi-To je bio prototip japanskog srednjeg tenka iz perioda drugog svjetskog rata.
Razvoj ovog tenka je započeo 1943. godine u svrhu zamjene već postojećeg srednjeg tenka Type 97 Chi-Ha od kojeg je bio znatno veći. Prvi prototip biva isporučen već 1944. godine, ali zbog nestašice materijala i savezničkog bombardiranja Japana ovaj tenk nije nikada ušao u serijsku proizvodnju. [1]
