Lanvéoc
Lanvéoc (French pronunciation: [lɑ̃veɔk]; Breton: Lañveog) is a commune in the Finistère department of Brittany in north-western France. The École Navale, the French naval academy, is located here. ClimateLanvéoc has an oceanic climate (Köppen climate classification Cfb). The average annual temperature in Lanvéoc is 11.9 °C (53.4 °F). The average annual rainfall is 1,006.4 mm (39.62 in) with December as the wettest month. The temperatures are highest on average in August, at around 17.4 °C (63.3 °F), and lowest in February, at around 7.1 °C (44.8 °F). The highest temperature ever recorded in Lanvéoc was 35.0 °C (95.0 °F) on 12 July 1949; the coldest temperature ever recorded was −10.7 °C (12.7 °F) on 21 February 1948.
