Alberto Emparanza Sobejano (Donostia, Gipuzkoa, 1965eko irailaren 11) gipuzkoar abokatu, legelari eta unibertsitateko irakaslea da.[1][2]
Zuzenbide Merkantileko katedraduna da Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatean. 2022 urtetik EHUko Zuzenbide Fakultateko dekanoa da.[3]
