Aperola (ˈaːperol ahoskatua) jatorriz Paduako Barbieri enpresak ekoitzitako italiar jatorriko edari alkoholduna da. Bere izena apero hitzetik dator, 'apéritif' hitzerako frantsesezko jargoia.[1] Egun Davide Campari-Milanok ekoizten du. Likore honen jatorria 1919an dago,[2] baina Bigarren Mundu Gerraren ondoren bakarrik bihurtu zen ezagun.
Osagaien artean, arabarba, gentziana eta kina daude. Campariren antzeko usaina duen arren, aperolek % 11ko alkohol-graduazioa du, campariren erdia baino gutxiago. Horrela, edari hori baino leunagoa eta mingotsagoa da, kolore ilunagokoa baita.
Aperolekin egindako koktelik ezagunenetako bat spritz da.[3]
