Carlos Alberto de Sousa Lopes (Viseu, 1947ko otsailaren 18a) portugaldar atleta ohia da. Iraupen-probetatako (5.000 eta 10.000 metrotan) korrikalari bikaina. Olinpiar Jokoetan, 1972an parte hartu zuen lehen aldiz, eta 1976an lortu zuen zilarrezko domina, 10.000 metroko proban lortu ere. 1982an, Europako 10.000 metroko lasterketa irabazi zuen. Ordutik aurrera, maratoi-probetara pasatu zen. Los Angelesko 1984ko Olinpiar Jokoetan maratoia irabazi zuen, eta munduko errekorra hautsi zuen.
