Dyedefhor edo Hordyedef, Egiptoko IV. dinastiako balizko faraoia izan zen, K.a. 2521 inguruan.
Aditu gehienek, benetako faraoia zen beste pertsona batekin batera gobernatu zuela diote, baina W. Helck eta N. Gimalen arabera, faraoia izan zen.
Keops faraoia eta Meririten semea. Bere anaiak Dyedefra, Kefren eta Baefra izan ziren, Egiptoko Inperio Berriaren erdialdeko Uadi Hammamateko arroketako iskripzio batek aipatzen ditu eta Baefra aipatzen du Kefrenen ondorengo bezala
Egiptoko Inperio Ertainean datatuta dagoen Arpajolearen Kantua izeneko konposaketa literarioan aipatua da, ondoren, XVIII. dinastiako tenpluetan grabatua izan zena.
