Dürüma (turkieraz dyˈɾym ahoskatua; eusk.: 'biribilki') dönerrren osagaiez beteriko ogi zapala da, turkiar gastronomian ohikoa dena.[1] Ogi zapala bi motakoa izan daiteke: yufka edo lavash. Turkiar diasporan normalean yufka erabiltzen dute, Turkian berriz lavash ohikoagoa da.
