Fernando Cebrián Gracia (Bilbo, 1929ko maiatzaren 15a - Madril, 2009ko urtarrilaren 30a) euskal aktorea izan zen.
Espainiako Gerra Zibilaren ondorioz Frantzian erbesteratu zen. Nuria Espertekin ikasi zuen aktoregintza. 1956an zineman debutatu zuen, Luis Buñuelen Tristana (1970) bere filmarik ezagunena izanik. Spaghetti western-ez gain film komertzialak ere egin zituen, adibidez Marisol rumbo a Río (1963).
Primera fila edo Estudio 1 lan egin ondoren, telebistan arrakasta izan zuen. Bere lanik nabarmena Crónicas de un pueblo (1972-1974) izan zen.
