Hugo Clunykoa (Semur-en-Brionnais, 1024ko maiatzaren 13a - Cluny, 1109ko apirilaren 28a), batzuetan Hugo Handia edo Hugo Semurkoa deitua, Clunyko abadea izan zen 1049-1109 bitartean. Elizak kanonizatu zuen, eta jaieguna apirilaren 29an ospatzen da.

1049tik hasi eta hil arte izan zuen bere ardurapeko Clunyko abadia. Garai hartan bere ordenak zabalkunde handia izan zuen: 65 etxetatik 1.200 ingurura pasa ziren. Gregorio VII.a aita santuaren aholkulari izan zen.
