Iker Badiola Etxaburu (Ondarroa, 1978) bizkaitar biologo eta dibulgatzailea da, histologian aditua.[1]
Biografia
2001. urtean Biologian lizentziatu zen eta 2007an doktore titulua lortu zuen UPV/EHUn. Medikuntza eta Erizaintza Fakultatean irakasle osoa eta Biologia Zelularra eta Histologia Saileko zuzendari akademikoa da. 2006an eta Galiziako Zientzien Errege Akademiak ematen duen Ernesto Viéitez saria 2019an gibeleko metastasiaren aurkako terapia bat garatzeagatik. Kopenhage eta Torontoko Unibertsitatean egonaldiak egin ditu eta enpresa bioteknologikoen sortzailea da.[2]
2012an Jose Antonio Agote Saria eskuratu zuen Edurne Alonso Aranarekin "Giza histologia" lantzeagatik.
