In Extremo (latinez: ertzean edo muturrean) Alemaniako folk metal musika taldea da, 1995ean Berlinen sorturik. Taldearen estiloan heavy metal eta erdi aroko abesti tradizionalak nahasten dira. Horretarako, rock eta metal instrumentuak antzinako jogailuekin nahasten dira. Erdi Aroko eta usadioko kanten bertsioak ohikoak izan dituzte, nahiz eta denborak aurrera egin ahala taldeak bere musika gero eta gehiago sortu duen.
