Kollam (malabareraz: കൊല്ലം , kolːɐm ahoskatua; portugesez: Coulão) Indiako hiria da, Kerala estatuan dagoena. Lakadiveetako itsasoaren kostaldean sortua, 2011n 349.033 biztanle zituen.
Historia
Jada feniziar eta erromatarren garaietan, Arabia eta Persiako portuekin merkataritza egiten zuen portu nagusietako bat zen. 1502an, portugaldarrek bisitatu zuten, eta Portugaldar Inperioaren zati izatera pasa zen 1661 arte.[1] Beranduago, herbeheretarrek, hiriaren posizioa hartu zuten, eta, britainiarrak India konkistatu ondoren, Britainiar Inperioaren zati izatera pasa zen.
