Kup Taldea abesbatza 2003ko udaberrian sortu zen, Gabriel Baltes Musikeneko koro-zuzendaritzako irakasleari esker. 2013an Kup Taldea 30 pertsonak osatzen zuten. Abesbatzako kideak gazteak dira, baina musika arloko formakuntza zabala daukate. Priez pour paix diskoa kaleratzeaz gain, nazioarteko sari garrantzitsuak jaso ditu. Horrez gain, El Orfanato eta Lo Imposible filmetako musikaren grabaketan ere parte hartu du.

Abesbatza-lehiaketetan lortu dituen sariak hauek dira:
- 40. Tolosako Abesbatza Lehiaketako 3. saria (2008),
- Mariborreko (Eslovenia) Nazioarteko Lehiaketako lehen saria (2009) eta
